The other day, I was listening to an episode of one of my favorite podcasts, 99pi, this time the focus was on courtroom sketches. Though the podcast goes into quite a bit of delightful detail about the history of courtroom sketches, the gist is that most federal courtrooms (in the US) do not allow photography or videography of the proceedings.
